Christmas Mead

Yule is our first twice-fermented mead, hence the higher ABV. It's patiently fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, and then aged in oak. All in all, a two-year process. Great served either over ice or warmed, this mead is the granddaddy of mulled wines.

Stopper cork sealed in wax. Serve chilled & store upight in a cool place.
