The Product Must Be Identical
The item must be exactly the same manufacturer, model and specification.
Some products may appear similar online but can vary significantly in quality, materials and construction.
The Competitor Must Have the Item in Stock
The product must be available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of the price match request.
The Price Must Be a Standard Selling Price
Our Price Promise applies to normal retail prices.
It does not normally apply to:
Clearance items
Closing down sales
Auction websites
Marketplace sellers
Pricing errors
Liquidation stock

VAT registered
Based within the United Kingdom
Selling in Pounds Sterling (£)
Unfortunately, we're unable to match prices from overseas retailers due to differences in VAT, shipping costs, import duties, customs charges and exchange rates.
The Item Must Be Brand New
The competitor's product must be new, unused and in the same condition as the item we're supplying.
Why Can't You Match US or Overseas Prices?
Prices advertised outside the UK often appear lower because they do not include UK VAT.
When importing an item yourself, you may also need to pay:

Courier clearance or administration charges
