Sparkling Rosé Mead is created from summer honey and hibiscus flowers following the same traditional method that is used to create the usual Sparkling Rose Wine, but instead of using grapes uses honey to create the alcohol.
Honey: 2017 Summer Honey – mainly lime/linden tree honey from our bees in the Tyne Valley Northumberland.
Dryness/Tasting: Brut with 5g/l residual sugars
